How are you changing, growing... shedding old skins? The caterpillar goes into the unknown... and then changes form completely! These cute little fuzzy wormy things morph into what biologists call the “imaginal gel”.... how rad is that?! And then somehow, some way, they emerge as a gloriously beautiful butterfly. What a journey! What a great process to reflect on in our own lives.... Surrendering completely to the transformation we know is imminent is the only way that we will soar.
